Data Entry Specialist
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist who is comfortable picking up the phone to assist with inquiries when needed. If you have data entry experience, are efficient in Outlook, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input and update data into company systems
Ensure data integrity and consistency across records
Efficiently manage your tasks to meet deadlines
Utilize Outlook for scheduling, communication, and organization
Provide phone support, including making outbound calls as needed
Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and enhance workflow

Requirements:

Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles
Comfortable with phone communication and outbound calls when needed
Proficiency in Outlook for managing emails and calendars
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work at a good pace
