We’re hiring a Claims Manager, Life & Health (APAC) to lead the delivery of high-quality claims services across Asia and Oceania.

Based in Singapore or Hong Kong, the ideal candidate will bring deep life insurance and/or reinsurance experience across mortality, CI, ADB, disability, income protection, and TPD claims.

What you’ll bring:

Proven experience in developing and delivering claims training
Strong knowledge of regional regulatory frameworks (Life Insurance Act, Insurance Contracts Act, and Life Insurance Code of Practice)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach to drive shared success
