Description
You will be the manager of a team of around 10 within a Information Technology service division. The role will require you to be the key relationship manager of handling key senior stakeholders. understanding their requirements and ensuring your team work with them in unison. People management is key for your role and you will enjoy developing experienced IT staff. The goal of the role is to manage the build and grow technical specialists to meet the ITS planning and engagement set requirements. Key to a systems upgrade across all it infrastructure environments largely across Software development programs of work - you must have this experience to be considered in this role.
Profile
To be successful in this role you will have experience working in similar role managing the delivery of IT service staff. ITIL qualifications advantageous. You are self-motivated, focussed and are able to work in a high pressure environment with competing priorities. You are a strong communicator and are able to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels. People management and their development is key and something you thrive in.
