Apply: Marketing Retention Specialist

A Large Telco in Melbourne seeks a Marketing Retention Specialist on a 10 month initial contract. Your task will include supporting and executing client automated 1-1 marketing and service communications programs. This involves identifying, developing, implementing and supporting all marketing and service automation activities. Working with a range of stakeholders on their marketing automation platform, this role identifies sales and service opportunities, and coordinates execution activities to support the required outcomes across the business.

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the quarterly marketing automation plan and schedule
• Promote and update journeys with the various product developments with maximum sales and service impact
• Support of identification and execution of 1:1 demand generation & retention activities including target market selection & customer trigger based journeys
• Execute marketing and lifecycle service communications via Marketing cloud
• Ensure compliance with marketing opt outs and SPAM act requirements in Marketing Automation
• Support the continual improvement and industry best practise with Marketing Automation, including the technology and capability enhancements

• Marketing automation implementation, optimisation and operation skills
• Excellent customer focus with track record of leveraging customer insights to deliver business outcomes
• Highly proficient communication skills to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels
• Team player both across function and business
• Ability to drive to achieve outcomes in a changing environment
• Commercial acumen to understand organisational issues and challenges
• Depth of experience in services organisations in 1:1 marketing roles
• Experience establishing and executing marketing journeys leveraging key points of differentiation to deliver strong business results
