VP Capital Markets Compliance – Payments and Crypto Firm

The Role
My client is a leading Payments and Crypto firm and we are looking for a CMS Compliance candidate in Singapore. They are licensed by this MAS and now looking for a CMS Regulatory Compliance expert to take charge of all Regulatory and MAS matters.

Responsibilities:

Subject matter expert for all CMS related guidelines and licensing work
Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely updates to policies, procedures, and controls.
Act as the primary point of contact for regulators, auditors, and external partners.
Investigate and resolve compliance issues, breaches, or concerns.
Produce regular compliance and risk management reports for senior leadership

Requirements:

Fintech experience is a must. At least 10 years in a regulatory compliance role, ideally with CMS licensing experience
Ability to work with the MAS and regulators around the region
Ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidance across multiple jurisdictions.
Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and risk awareness.
