Our client is seeking a Contact Centre Solution Architect for an initial 12 months contract, with multiple extension options.

Citizenship requirements: Australian citizenship mandatory

Location: Canberra

You will have:

Demonstrated experience as a Contact Centre Architect, with knowledge and experience in Genesys, G+, Verint and Nuance platforms;
Demonstrated experience in design and implementation of contact centre systems;
An ability to design contact centre program/project level solutions.
