Partnering with FutureYou, my client is a well known and reputable property developer nationally. Due to growth in their project pipeline they are seeking to bring on an experienced Project Manager to manage and deliver residential townhouse projects across Melbourne.

In this role you will be responsible for managing the external consultants, ensuring that the project is delivered on time and to budget including all financials, cost reporting and tender management.

You will ideally come from a construction background having experience in delivering apartments/townhomes or a similar asset class, and may now be working in a consultancy seeking to work directly for a developer. You must be Tertiary qualified with a minimum of 8-10 years of work experience in construction/property, and at least a minimum of 2-3 years working as a Project Manager with a head contractor, developer or client side consultancy.
