A European Fund Services firm is seeking a Head of Operations for the Singapore office. This is a renowned Fund Services firm known for their coverage in Private Equity, Real Estate and other Alternative Investment Funds.
 
As the Head of Operations, you will lead the Operations team with responsible for the oversight, management and operational aspects of the teams to deliver a high quality service to clients. This is a high performing team that you will be building and managing to ensure continuous improvement to customer service levels and deliveries.

The ideal candidate would come from a Fund Services/Fund House background with strong leadership track record. You should have good working knowledge with the various fund types and services provided to clients and be able to handle any operational hurdle that may come your way. Even at the Head level, you should not be afraid to get your hands dirty and lead from the front.
