As Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of general insurance personal lines products via bancassurance distribution. We are looking for experienced professionals with general insurance product development skills, and additionally can offer strong exposure or successful experience in launching digital products. You will be working alongside a high performing team , and the successful candidate can look forward to accelerating their career and development with the business. 
 
Key Duties: 
 

• Work with the Department head to deliver an overall proposition and product roadmap; engage with our dedicated bank partners to drive their bancassurance business.
• Engage with internal and stakeholders to ensure all members are aligned with overall objectives. 
• Conduct competitive analysis and engage in product research to refine product and customer value proposition.
• Utilise targeted marketing and leads management processes for product initiatives and marketing campaigns. 
• Oversee and ensure smooth implementation of product launches and marketing campaigns, including product content review, training, marketing and sales related materials.

Requirements: 

• Demonstrated strong experience in General Insurance product development; at least 5 years.
• Prior experience with developing and launching digital products highly desirable. 
• Strong marketing knowledge 
• Strong analytical skills 
• A team player with good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to conduct work effectively.
