In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent across Banking and Finance partnering closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide market insights, competitor intelligence, and hiring strategies to support business growth in this critical area.

As an experienced TA Partner,  you will have exceptional networks, well-developed sourcing skills and a strong headhunting capability. We are open to where you are coming from as long as you have a genuine passion and knowledge of the Banking and Financial Services Industry and you can hold your own, building relationships, and partnering with senior stakeholders providing expertise. 

What you will be doing:

• End-to-end recruitment delivery
• Providing guidance and advice to key hiring managers and senior stakeholders
• As a trusted SME, you will partner with the business adding value through your market insights and approach to identifying and engaging top talents
• Delivering a responsive and consultative approach to managing the recruitment needs and experiences of hiring managers and candidates
• Implementing a structured talent sourcing strategy which includes the use of innovative tools, with additional sourcing and admin support from the team
• Delivering an exceptional candidate experience, building talent pools and pipelines for future state requirements
• Working within a collaborative and supportive team of recruitment experts in the region

Who you are: 

• An experienced TA Partner from an Agency, Internal or RPO environment
• You have a solid understanding across the banking and financial services sector. 
• Customer-driven and passionate about providing a high level of service
• A data-driven recruiter who understands the value of recruitment analytics, hiring trends, and market insights to drive strategic hiring decisions.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement & strong communications skills
• A team player who brings fun to the workplace and collaborates to deliver results
