Talent Acquisition Consultant – Consumer Goods (Manila, Night Shift, Remote)
The Talent Acquisition Consultant will be responsible for high-volume, full-cycle recruiting, including candidate pipeline development, sourcing, assessment, and ensuring a top-notch candidate experience. The role involves utilizing recruitment technology, overseeing the offer and pre-employment processes, and providing regular reporting to the business.

What You’ll Do:
Reporting/Scorecards:

Own the weekly scorecard and reporting process to share recruitment status and keep business leaders informed.
Identify recruitment trends and proactively suggest improvements.
Develop a process for tracking candidates through the offer process.

Sourcing/Recruitment:

Gain thorough knowledge of Talent Acquisition policies and procedures.
Ensure timely updates of the applicant tracking system throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with managers on staffing needs for various roles.
Coordinate onsite interviews for open positions.
Execute sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Build a robust talent pipeline by engaging prospects and developing professional relationships.
Initiate conversations with candidates to present career opportunities and promote the organization's value proposition.
Stay updated on new sourcing tools and strategies, tracking their effectiveness.
Lead recruitment projects focused on attracting diverse candidates.

Pre-Employment Process:

Oversee the pre-employment process to ensure timely processing of hires.
Conduct interviews, extend offers, and onboard candidates.
Partner with legal teams on complex pre-employment decisions.

You’ll Bring:

Extensive experience in recruitment, with FMCG experience preferred.
Experience in talent sourcing and managing recruitment across different locations in the Americas region.
Innovative approaches to resourcing platforms, tools, and techniques.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders across different entities.
