Business Analyst (Salesforce) — 1-Year Contract

Contract Duration: 12 months
Location: Central (Singapore)

About the Role
We are hiring a Business Analyst with Salesforce experience to support the delivery and enhancement of Salesforce-based solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into Salesforce configurations/solution designs, and support testing and adoption across the project lifecycle. This role suits someone who is structured, analytical, and comfortable engaging both business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solution requirements (configuration and/or functional design).
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions.
• Document business processes, user stories, functional specifications, and supporting artefacts.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution (test cases, coordination, defect triage).
• Work with delivery teams to ensure requirements are understood, traceable, and aligned to business outcomes.
• Support change management activities such as user guidance and basic training documentation where needed.
  
  

Requirements

Mandatory

• Proven Salesforce project experience in at least one Salesforce Cloud: Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform and configuration (e.g., objects, fields, flows, page layouts, permissioning concepts).
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (please list clearly on the CV).
• Strong analytical and documentation skills with good stakeholder management.
• Good project management skills (planning, tracking, coordinating across teams).
  
  

Preferred

• Public Sector experience in Singapore (projects delivered for government agencies).
• Experience working in structured, governance-heavy environments.
