Our client is looking for an experienced technology leader. Their customers have new requirements and a broadband data capability is at the heart of their future. A BSS and OSS environment to manage this new capability, providing appropriate customer insights needs to be delivered. With this change, they want to digitise as many of their working practices as possible too, streamlining their technology function.

Key Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate will be able to provide thought leadership and recommendations about industry best practice and new technology capabilities that have emerged, and from this develop a Digital and Technology Strategy.
  • They will also be experienced with agile working practices and LEAN principles of process improvement.
  • A person able to assess organisational effectiveness and develop ways to improve.
  • Effective organisational change leader, able to influence across the business.
