The Role
Reporting to the GM -NSWNSW and functionally into Group HR, this position is responsible for partnering with the leaders,  driving talent initiatives focused on engagement and retention, shaping design and delivery of strategic people and culture initiatives, whilst also overseeing the execution of operational activities like senior leadership recruitment. Leaning into a centres of excellence model, embed leadership capabilities through coaching senior leaders to deliver effective performance development interventions, delivery of the employee value proposition initiatives, and facilitate accelerated development of top talent.

Unique considerations
This position will see you working from a corporate office near North Sydney, with some travel across the network, in Sydney and surrounds. You will balance working 3 days from the office, with two days from home, demonstrating flexibility to attend in-office meetings as required. This role will suit an HR business partner who enjoys working within a high intensity environment, is comfortable dealing with ambiguity and has the agility to change direction as required. Its a fast paced environment and lean structure, so you need to perform in a strategic way to optimise the HR model and leverage the COE’s and other key stakeholders.
