Description

  • The Account Director or Senior Account Director role will focus primarily on consumer PR campaigns whilst managing an eager and talented team
  • It offers the additional opportunity to work on interesting and challenging work spanning thought leadership, sustainability and CSR work
  • You'll draw upon integrated experience with a sold earned media element, leading with confidence and guiding clients across both consumer and corporate communications

Profile

  • With solid Consumer PR agency pedigree, you will already be established at Account Director level, bringing strategic client handling abilities and team management experience
  • You must have proven skillls in developing and overseeing the delivery of integrated strategy, drawing upon a keen instinct for consumer thinking and behaviour
  • Adept at collaborating with internal and extrenal teams, you will be a creative thinker with a wealth of consumer PR experience, ideally across a broad range of sectors
  • You’ll need to inspire client confidence, motivate and develop a team, aswell as leaning on some additional corporate sensibility where needed
  • Fully capable in account direction, you'll be able to handle planning and financial management of accounts relatively autonomously
  • As a key part of the senior team, you will relish supporting new business development and organic account growth to carve out your niche and lead from the front
  • PR and integrated experience working with clients in financial services, telco, government or other sometimes complex environments is an added asset
