We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Personal Assistant & Accounts Executive to join a boutique consulting firm. This hybrid role blends personal support, light bookkeeping, and general admin. You’ll manage calendars, correspondence, invoices, and support day-to-day operations. Ideal for someone organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently.

Bonus: Opportunity to grow into a business development role if interested.

Requirements:

Experience in PA/admin roles
Familiarity with Xero, QuickBooks, or Excel
Strong communication skills
Professional, discreet, and self-motivated
