About the business:
Work with a prestigious Global bank that has been successful in making developments that impact the broader business. This is a newly created role sitting within the Risk Management team. They are focused on solving solutions and providing effective compliance services.
Responsibilities:
  • Carry out in-depth investigations and reviews ensuring the business is compliant to legislation, regulations and AFSL obligations
  • Identify incidents and breaches and escalating these portfolios as needed
  • Drive insights on the compliance assurance program, monitor AFSL and provide strategic thought into approaching different problems
About yourself?
  • Tertiary qualifications in Law, Finance, Commerce
  • Experience and understanding of Wealth Management Compliance in relations to ASX/ASIC rules
  • Compliance and risk management frameworks and exposure to regulatory bodies (ASIC)
  • Excellent analytical and strong communication skills
