Mechanic - Marsden

Maxima's Recruitment Services are seeking Qualified Mechanics to join their client, a Local Government department for an initial 6-month contract based in Marsden.

Immediate start available with an hourly rate negotiable depending on skill set - $40-$45 per hour.

The ideal candidate/s will have heavy vehicle experience however this is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Service, maintain and repair fleet vehicles, plant, trucks and miscellaneous equipment.
Fault finding and brake testing
Provide apprentices with on the job training
Carry out minor body repairs including fabrication, welding and spray painting where required

About You:

Current C class license - HR license advantageous
Certified Diesel Mechanic or Mechanical Fitter
White Card or willing to obtain prior to commencing
Experience working on heavy vehicles advantageous
Available for an immediate start
