About the Role
We are seeking highly skilled, self-driven professionals to join a dynamic learning function delivering impactful solutions. This is a business-focused role (NOT technical), requiring strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and process design expertise. You’ll work closely with project teams and technical experts to ensure learning initiatives align with business needs and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitation & Interviewing: Conduct focus groups, interviews, and workshops to gather insights.
  • Content Validation: Assess and align learning content with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with SMEs and business leaders to co-create learning solutions.
  • Process Mapping: Document and analyse current vs. future state learning processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Navigate complex stakeholder environments and manage competing priorities.

Skills & Experience
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and learning design.
  • Ability to analyse processes and recommend improvements.
  • Comfortable working in hybrid environments and managing multiple priorities.
