FutureYou Risk & Compliance have exclusively partnered with a high growth boutique asset and fund manager in the search for a compliance professional to join their team.  This candidate will help evaluate, develop, implement and maintain the firms compliance framework as well as policies, controls and training across the group in both Sydney and Asia. 
 
Having been established 5 years ago this company has a specific growth plan across both Sydney and Asia with billion’s of assets under management and have recently embarked on several innovative joint venture capital projects across Australia and Asia.
 
The role will suit someone with experience working in fund management and with an ability to liaise and manage key senior stakeholders across the business.  The firm pride themselves on their fantastic ,collaborative and entrepreneurial work culture.
 
You will be responsible for ongoing development, implementation and maintenance of the firm's compliance management framework across all aspects of its businesses whilst maintaining the compliance plans for the operating funds.  You will ensure that policies and procedures are implemented across the funds whilst delivering training to the business. 
 
You will have 2 – 4 years of experience in a compliance function across wealth or asset management and a desire to join a boutique fund manager on their growth journey.
