We are seeking a Security Consulting Senior Manager to join our clients Canberra Security team to help their client transform their enterprise technology landscapes and pivot to secure and produce resilient operating models. It will be a single client facing role.

This role is based in Canberra however can also be supported through travel from Sydney and Melbourne. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing security evangelism and leadership to our clients teams and client teams of all shapes and sizes, acting as a trusted advisor, bringing a focus on time to value and improved operational resiliency.
  • Designing, developing, and leading the implementation of security programs and projects, including those delivering capabilities to on-premise or cloud hosted environments.
  • Managing high performing security and non-security professionals with emphasis on staff wellbeing, stewardship, and client value creation.
  • Help drive thought leadership by demonstrating specific and upcoming security services and the cients assets through Proof of Concepts, publications and/or asset development.
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Experience of delivering or supporting enterprise environments and platforms, non-security related delivery desirable
  • Experience with the Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC) and/or Information Security Manual (ISM) and it’s practical implementation within client on-premise and cloud environments.
  • Experience providing security architecture advisory services and acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Experience with Cloud Security Services, including cloud native services provided by Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services.
  • Experience managing a team of security professionals and meeting project timeframes, such as the operationalization of security services in a client environment or managing continuous improvement initiatives as part of BAU with a predefined release schedule.
  • Experience with providing security advisory services in support of programs of work delivering Enterprise Platforms such as Oracle Siebel, SAP S4/HANA, etc.
