• Real estate asset classes: Office, retail, residential
• 5-10 years of relevant experience, asset management experience is a must
• **Do note that this is a 2 years renewable contract

 
Responsibilities:

• Report to Head of AM to ensure full regulatory compliance, stable plant/asset performance and long-term plant/asset reliability.
• Responsible for overseeing operations of office and retail properties within the portfolio
• Monitor business performance of portfolio assets, periodic reviewing and reporting covering financial performance of the asset, leasing status, rental collection, capital expenditure etc
• Implement detailed business plans and budgets, strategies to optimise highest value of assets and ensure long term distribution to unitholders
• Provide financial analysis including forecasts, budgets, rent rolls, sensitivity analysis for current portfolio of assets
• Work closely with the Marketing and Property Management teams to maximise tenant mix, devise and implement marketing plans and control related expenses
• Develop and establish good business relationships with all stakeholders
• Manage market intelligence and collate market information to support all analysis

 
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, real estate is a bonus
• 5-10 years of working experience in asset management, in any real estate class. Investment and AM experience is also welcome.
• Proficient in financial modelling, and financial analysis
• Able to work independently with tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, driven and able to get things done independently
