A growing Semiconductor manufacturing company is expanding and looking for an experienced Technical Regional Manager with a good semiconductor industry track record. Possesses in-depth back end testing, assembly and manufacturing experience within the semiconductor industry in order to help the sales team to develop and drive new business opportunity, contribute to their business planning by developing strategies to achieve sales revenue. This person will be covering the Europe and China regions.
 
Responsibilities of Technical Regional Manager (Semiconductor)
 

• Must be able to handle the technical end to end sales process with regional clients in order to ensure long term sustainable partnerships across the Europe and China regions. 
• Be able to provide technical and commercial direction for proposals, assembly, manufacturing, back end testing, price quotations and presentation of bids, proposals to Clients
• Pro-actively work with sales team and engineering team on maintaining the sales objectives
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills to identify critical issues, evaluate options and provide recommendations.
• Actively develops and implements plans to increase the market share of assigned products or market through communications with end-users
• Be able to guide the sales team to achieve strong team performance, objectives setting and direction as well as formulate solutions to implement to resolve issues within the team.

Requirements of Technical Regional Manager (Semiconductor)

•  Holds a relevant University degree in Engineering (mechanical, manufacturing, electrical, semiconductor, etc) along with a good knowledge of semiconductor industry (5years).
• Holds experience in providing and carrying out relevant trade associations, trade conferences, equipment seminars, and training activities.
• Proven leadership/team management capabilities
• Someone familiar with test handlers, sockets and pins products.
• Able to travel 50% post-COVID
