Ready to make an impact in a people-first organization? A market leader in the manufacturing industry is seeking a HR Specialist to join their fast-growing firm.  
 
In this pivotal role, you will help shape employees’ experience from day one. This highly collaborative position supports core HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation & benefits, employee development, and engagement.
 
You will partner with hiring managers to manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires. Additionally, you will assist with payroll and benefits administration, contribute to performance and rewards cycles, and support global mobility and tax coordination. On the development side, you will conduct Learning Needs Analysis, organize training programs, and support the performance appraisal process. You will also drive employee engagement and employer branding initiatives, promoting workplace culture and engagement campaigns. Finally, you will be involved with HR operations via coordinating with vendors and partnering with shared services to guarantee seamless HR delivery.
 
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Business or Human Resources and have at least five years of relevant HR generalist experience, particularly in compensation & benefits. You thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate effectively, and work well in a team.
