Maxima has been engaged to recruit a suitably experienced Parks and Gardens Labourer for an ongoing role with a well-established company based in the Northern suburbs.
About the Role
Initially a casual position through Maxima, with the possibility of ongoing / fulltime work after a trial period. You will be helping to fulfill the requirements on a range of parks and gardens contracts across local and commonwealth government, as well as private schools aged care facilities. 
Working hours will generally be Monday to Thursday, 7.00am - 3.30pm and Fridays 7:00am - 1:00 pm (weather permitting).
About You: 
You are physically fit, hold a current driver's license and are experienced across a range of garden maintenance activities including:

  • Front Deck / Zero Turn Mowing
  • Brush Cutting / Whipper Snipping / Leaf Blowing
  • Weed Spraying
  • Tree Pruning
  • Irrigation (repairs)  
  • Line Marking (sports fields)
You also hold or will be able to pass

  • National Police Check
  • DCSI - Worker Check (Vulnerable People + Working with Children)
  • Pre-Employment Medical - Including Drug and Alcohol Check
