C&B Manager

A global shipping company has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to join the newly structured C&B function. As Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of Compensation & Benefits policies, strategy, processes and procedures – this role is offered on a 1 year contract.

As Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for global alignment of C&B processes, ensure effective and fair compensation & benefits models are implemented and regularly reviewed in all locations. You will support in managing annual global salary review and bonus processes by managing framework and ensure support to worldwide company locations. You will also lead continuous improvement activities within the C&B processes and enhance employee benefits programmes, annual insurance renewals and medical benefits to maintain market competitiveness.

The successful candidate will have strong experience within Compensation & Benefits in either a regional or global capacity. You will have the ability to think strategically, interact with a range of key stakeholders and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
