A renowned US law firm seeks a Senior Investment Funds Lawyer to join their leading practice in Singapore.

The team advises on the structuring & establishment of a wide array of Investment funds; their clientele includes, but not limited to, Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds, Real Estate Funds, as well as other structured financial products. They provide full suite of legal advice, from establishment to structuring and registration of Investment Funds in Singapore and various other Asia Pacific Jurisdictions. In addition to this, they also liaise closely with Singapore regulators on the relevant compliance and licensing issues.

Requirements:

SG Qualification preferred but open to consider other Common Law Qualification
At least 5 years of Experience gained from another International Law Firm (Or top tier local firm)
Private Fund Formation/Regulatory Experience preferred
