Client Details
An excellent opportunity to join a well‑respected law firm with over 50 offices across the globe. They are currently looking for a Billing Officer to join their finance team.

Description

• Coordinate with fee‑earners and secretaries on engagement letters, billing queries, and time transfers.
• Apply correct rates, manage monthly billing, review invoices, process write‑offs, and send bills on time.
• Works closely with other billing team members and prepares management reports as needed.
• Assist with audits and handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the Manager.

Profile

• Degree in Accounting/ Finance.
• Minimum of 2+ years’ billing experience in professional service industries.
• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Positive working attitude, ability to multitask, and perform under pressure.
