My client is a renowned player within the Oil & Gas, Power & Infrastructure sector. They are currently recruiting for a Mid-Senior Level Projects Lawyer to join their Asia practice. Role can be based in their Singapore or Tokyo office.

The team is known for their experience in managing high profile and complex project development matters across the power & infrastructure, renewables, as well as oil & gas sector. Their breath of knowledge in this field enables them to provide legal advice on full spectrum of the project development process (upstream, midstream & downstream).

The ideal candidate for the team would be an Oil & Gas/Power project specialist with strong experience in managing project development matters along with the related M&A transactions in Asia. Due to the nature of the projects, they will prioritise lawyers who are qualified in the AUS/UK/US, and with experience gained from a leading International Law Firm, particularly those an established projects practice.
