Production Planner (Up to $3500, MNC, Food Manufacturing, SAP & Excel)

Responsibilities:

Coordinating production workflow, creation of Process and Production orders.
Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production.
Perform to meet daily production target and capable of responding to overtime when necessary.
Observe and supervise personal hygiene and good manufacturing practices are adhered to within the manufacturing facilities.
Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget and schedule shift according to production needs Perform closure of orders once completed.
Coordinate and communicate with sales department on a daily basis to agree on manufacturing and delivery dates for sales orders.
Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staffs.
Ensure the production inventory and all materials are well maintained in accordance to the inventory plan.
Participate as a core participant in Productivity Improvement Team and practice productivity/process improvement methodologies such as 5S, COQ, Kaizen or Six Sigma.

Requirements:

Nitec or diploma in Chemical Process Technology, Engineering, Food Technology or related field
Minimum 2 years relevant experiences in manufacturing environment.
Experience working with weighing balance and warehousing equipment such as pallet truck and electric stackers.
Experience with HACCP, cGMP or ISO22000 systems
