Based in our South Melbourne Support Office, you will work with your NZ counterpart to:
  • Build great working relationships with your team and the wider CX leadership group.
  • Lead, motivate and inspire the customer experience team through coaching and empowerment.
  • Drive a supportive performance culture, helping the team be the best they can be.
  • Provide escalation support when needed and lead from the front by taking calls during peak volume.
  • Effectively manage schedules and resource for all customer touchpoints.

To be successful in this role:
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of people leadership experience within in a fast paced customer support environment.
  • Be a self-starter with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Have excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proven experience working to achieve targets with strategic direction.
  • A flexible approach and comfortable with rapid change.
