A leading FinTech is looking for a Company Secretary based Hong Kong. This position will be overseeing a full range of company secretarial duties and advising the board of directors on corporate governance requirements. You will ensure compliance with the Banking Ordinance and other regulatory requirements. This including but not limited to organizing and attending to board meetings and board committee meetings plus minutes-taking.

You will have:

University degree in corporate governance or related discipline
Qualified Chartered Secretary/governance professional
Extensive knowledge of the Banking Ordinance
Fluent English & Chinese (Mandarin).
Excellent internal senior stakeholder management skills and communication skills.
