Our client is a chartered accounting firm in the AFR top 100. This firm has a long-standing reputation in the ANZ market and specialises in audit, accountancy, advisory and tax. The firm invests in your potential and continuous development. 
 
 
Description
 
As part of the Business Advisory team, you will engage with a diverse range of SME clients and work closely with the Director and Managers. Your duties will include: 
  • Preparation of accounts, tax returns, FBT returns, BAS and other compliance matters for clients
  • Maintaining client records and accounts
  • Utilising accounting software
  • Preparing and management of client correspondence
  • General administrative duties, as required
  • Researching information for client queries

Profile
 
The ideal candidate will have: 
  • 1-2 years' previous experience in a Chartered Accounting firm
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • CA qualifications, either already commenced or willingness to undertake CA qualifications, and a relevant degree from an Australian University
  • Ability to manage a busy workload together with a strong client service focus
  • Drive and ambition to be innovative and maintain a continuous improvement mindset
