Apply: Asset Finance Lawyer (2-5 PQE)

My client is a well-regarded International Law Firm with a strong footprint in Asia. They are presently recruiting for a Junior-Mid Level Finance Associate to join their growing team in Hong Kong.

Led by a highly recognized partner in this field, (ranked Tier 1 by Legal 500 Asia Pacific), you will be exposed to a broad range of finance transactions, including but not limited to, general banking, asset finance (primarily ship financing), as well as project finance transactions. In this role, you will also be exposed to various large scale energy projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for general banking/asset finance lawyers who are keen to broaden their experience and to be exposed to a wider array of finance transactions.

Requirements:

• Common Law Qualifications preferred
• 1-5 PQE, gained from a top tier local/international law firm
• Prior experience in drafting and reviewing various financing documentations
• Candidates without prior asset/project finance experience will also be considered
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (Cantonese will be a bonus)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
