2-7 years of relevant experience minimum, mandatory to have infrastructure or PPP sector experience
Permanent headcount, and open to all candidates from buy side (PE/ Funds / AM firms), banks, corporate MNCs or advisory firms as long as above requirement is met

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the management of the private infrastructure investments
Completing asset management due diligence investment committee papers
Due diligence support for investments & preparing recommendations for the value creation plan
Significant asset management activity, including coordinating performance reporting, implementing detailed business plans, incident reporting, cyber security, new legislation, marketing, and other project activities
Undertaking multiple monthly valuation updates of selected assets
Make periodic visits and review assigned assets
Report to Head of AM to ensure full regulatory compliance, stable plant/asset performance and long-term plant/asset reliability.
Oversee operations of assets including periodic review and monitoring approved budgets/plans, reporting
Provide internal reports as required including routine and ad-hoc review of assets conditions, asset enhancement plans, monthly and quarterly O&M updates
Develop and establish good business relationships with all stakeholders

Qualifications/ Capabilities:

Degree in any discipline
Minimum 2-7 years of relevant experience in the infrastructure space, managing critical infrastructure assets with exposure to long term concession contract and the Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) structure
MANDATORY: Covered any sort of Infrastructure projects before/ have infrastructure sector experience, and financial analysis/ modelling/ valuations experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
