About the role:
Do you have a keen eye for detail? Want to kick start your career in Supply Chain?
We have a great opportunity for a Data Coordinator in PETstock’s South Melbourne Support Office.
The successful candidate will work with the PETstock team to: 

• Manage the product database by ensuring the availability and reliability of product information
• Liaise with external stakeholders to obtain and maintain vendor data and identify areas of opportunity
• Training internal stakeholders on the norms and requirements of master data best practice
• Identify opportunities to improve data management processes
• Be the key point of contact for all stakeholders with data queries
• Create and manage specific data reporting on a weekly and adhoc basis
• Supporting the Supply Chain team with administrative needs

 Key Selection Criteria:

• Strong attention to detail
• Fast and accurate data entry skills and ideally, experience as a data Coordinator or similar
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills are essential, including Pivot Tables, and V-Look Ups
• Time management and organisational skills
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
