We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a background in Technology, AI solutions, Data Lake and Databricks to lead strategic data-driven initiatives within financial services. This role will oversee complex projects that leverage advanced data analytics and AI to deliver business value, improve decision-making, and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end delivery of data and AI projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, goverance and budgets.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior business leaders, data scientists, engineers, and technology teams to define scope, priorities, and success metrics.
Technical Oversight: Collaborate with technical teams on architecture, data pipelines, data lakes, and AI/ML model deployment using Databricks and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
Risk & Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to regulatory requirements, data privacy standards, and security protocols.
Change Management: Drive adoption of AI solutions across business units through effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Reporting & Governance: Provide transparent reporting on project progress, risks, and benefits realization.

Required Skills & Experience
Project Management Expertise: 8+ years in project/program management within financial services or a regulated industry.
Technical Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Databricks, data engineering concepts, data lake architectures
and AI/ML lifecycle management.
Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with Azure Data Services, AWS, or GCP for data and AI workloads.
Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery frameworks.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
Regulatory Awareness: Knowledge of financial services compliance, data governance, and risk management.

Preferred Qualifications
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
Experience with data lakehouse architectures, ETL processes, and advanced analytics.
Exposure to AI ethics, model governance, and explainability frameworks.
