Working for this financial services organisation on Collins Street (Paris End), the role will be providing support to the GM and Senior Management with the highest attention to detail. 

  
 
Responsibilities of this role will include:
  • Extensive diary management
  • Report Preparation
  • Management of travel arrangements
  • Attend meetings, take minutes and distributing meeting minutes when required
  • Preparing presentations
  • Email management
  • Processing expense and invoice payments
 
 
To be considered for this role you will have the follow skills & attributes:
  • Advanced MS Office Skills
  • Experience providing high level administrative support
  • Take ownership of management and prioritisation of your day to ensure a timely delivery of tasks
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong planning, organisation and time management
  • Proactive and Results driven
  • Good Communicator with the ability to build solid working relationships

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar position.
