Ethos have partnered with an industry leading e commerce brand looking to grow their highly established IT and Development Team. 
 
As this business continues to expand, so does their design team. They are seeking an innovative UX/UI designer to strengthen their web development projects.

What you will do
 
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including Product managers, design teams and engineers
  • Deliver wireframes, user stories and journey mapping and optimise for the relevant devices
  • Offer your say in the development of strategic design and user experience functions and features
  • Dive deep into the customer and business requirements and uncover solutions and specifications
  • Adhere standards and methodologies whilst actively encouraging innovation and progression. 
 
What you will bring:  
 
  • Previous Experience in a UI/UX Design position
  • Knowledge of wireframe tools and design software Basic knowledge of modern front-end technologies
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Great communicator and the ability to align others with your vision
  • Emotional Intelligence and ability to empathise.
  • Conflict resolution and mediation
  • Problem solving and decision making
  • Analytical knowledge, ability to receive, review and interpret data and information to implement sound decision making and continuous improvement
  • Relationship management and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrate a ‘can-do’ attitude and a desire to continuously learn
