Our Client is a leading international bank, seeking a Senior ORM Officer at SVP level to implement and oversee operational risk processes pertaining to the Bank’s Trade & Cash Management OR Markets coverage. You will directly influence the bank’s business decisions and actively challenge past practices to minimise operational risk losses.
You will:

Have at least a Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant working experience in a related discipline; a Master’s degree will be advantageous but not required
Operations and product knowledge across Trade & Cash Management, Securities Services or Financial markets is key
Be very comfortable liaising with internal stakeholders across all seniority levels and driving key business decisions
Have exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to translate complex matters into layman terms
