In this role you will report directly into the Head of Distribution Department. Your role as Business Development Manager (BDM) will be managing the financial advisory (FA) distribution channels. Your key responsibilities will be to work with assigned partners, support growth strategy across both top and bottom line, and drive required sales behaviours. You will actively participate in product development processes to align market and customer segment needs.
