S.E.A Product Marketing Manager (Water/Wastewater)

An International Water Technology company is looking for an experienced Sales/Marketing candidate from the water/wastewater or engineering industry who is skilled in developing and executing strategic marketing plans for their products and solutions lines. Someone who will be working closely with the Commercial Teams to focus on generating market demands as well as cover market segmentation, provide market pricing advice, market feedback, product positioning and providing competitor insights.

This position is to be based in Singapore, for candidates already based in Singapore.

Responsibilities of S.E.A Product Marketing Manager (Water/Wastewater)

Must be able to prepare and implement Product Marketing plans and strategies to ensure their timely submission.
Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to be able to provide input on budget preparation, monthly business reviews, quarterly forecasts covering S.E.A regions.
Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the effective development and delivery of Product Marketing training programs and integration with sales, application engineering, operations and service teams.
Skilled in implementing demand generation strategies covering targeted campaigns through marketing funnel, product descriptions, buyer profiles, value propositions, USP coverage, market messages.
Builds strong knowledge of water and wastewater products and systems within S.E.A to remain up to date and competitive with the market's needs and trends when it comes to current and new product development, product changes and product obsolescence.
Results oriented to pro-actively manage and monitor Salesforce in order to ensure the S.E.A pipeline is in check and to ensure budgets are met
Adept in being client facing in order to engage and communicate well during client meetings with sales teams on matters relating to pre-tender phases (presentations, pricing structure, etc).

Requirements of S.E.A Product Marketing Manager (Water/Wastewater)

Holds a relevant University degree with min. 8+ years of product Sales or Marketing experience within Water/Wastewater/Engineering companies
Has prior experience in pumping solutions for Building Services and Industry.
Experience in E&ICA solutions is a bonus
Familiar with obtaining SGBC, NEA, SETSCO etc certifications
Travelling post-COVID 30% of the time
Min. 5 years experience working with End Users, consultants, EPC and Commercial Building Services consultants/contractors
