One of the leading eCommerce Companies is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel base in Hong Kong.

This position will manage general corporate law matters for the Group’s offshore non-listed affiliates.

You will prepare and review documents, in relation to corporate matters, formation of entities and issuance of securities. Including but not limited to ensuring all corporate actions are in compliance with all applicable laws as well as to coordinate with internal and external parties.

You will have:

Qualified Lawyer with more than 7 years’ PQE with international law firm and/or sizable organizations.
Experience with offshore company laws.
Familiar in preparing and/or drafting statutory documents of various jurisdictions.
Proficient in English & Chinese (Mandarin).
