About the Role
This senior executive role offers a unique opportunity to lead infrastructure strategy and advisory at a whole-of-government level. As Director, Infrastructure Advisory, you will provide high level advice to the Treasurer and senior leaders on major infrastructure projects, delivery models, commercial risks and market opportunities ensuring long term value for the State.
You will lead oversight of large-scale procurement and public private partnerships (PPPs), guide policy to support effective infrastructure delivery, and develop strategic relationships across government, industry and markets to influence future infrastructure outcomes.

About You
You are an accomplished senior leader with:
  • Significant experience advising on complex infrastructure projects, including market analysis, delivery models and governance
  • Proven expertise in business case development and managing commercial risk in large, complex organisations
  • Demonstrated success leading high value contract negotiations and achieving strategic outcomes
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance policy, delivery and long-term public value
  • A collaborative leadership style that motivates teams and fosters high performance
  • The ability to build trusted relationships across government, industry and the private sector
