Regional projects (M&A Capital Markets)

The Role:

My client is a market-leading conglomerate with a global presence. Reporting to the Global General Counsel, they are recruiting for a public M&A counsel to support their fast expanding international business lines. This is a newly created role and also an excellent opportunity for a lawyer in private practice to transit into an in-house role.

Job Requirements:

Singapore or Common Law Qualified, with a minimum of 8 to 10 PQE
Strong experience in public M&A deals, JV, capital markets experience
Familiarity with Public List Co regulatory reporting
Experience handling and negotiating commercial services agreements, EPC, Power project finance experience, ad hoc dispute management
Must demonstrate independence, initiative, and strong analytical skills while being a team player with a positive attitude.
