Ethos Beathchapman in partnership with one of our key financial services clients is currently seeking multiple Senior Business Analysts with strong regulatory and compliance experience to work on a range of programs.  The contract opportunities are initially 6 months engagement with the view to extend.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with proven end to end experience who can work with stakeholders from senior executives, to teams that deliver products and services (on/off shore).  You will have the experience to address business focused compliance projects against a backdrop of a rapidly changing technology landscape. 

The range of projects might include Point of Sale (POS) or General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 

Experience and background requirements include:
  • 8+ years as a E2E Business Analyst including process, ideally from a financial services or banking organisation with strong regulatory and compliance
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Risk and controls
  • Working with multiple technology systems and streams
  • Process mapping and modelling
  • Working with on/off shore development and testing teams
  • Experience in Agile
  • Experience managing the technology groups
  • Project experience across Point of Sale (POS) or General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
