Our client is a well known non-bank lender who over the last few years has been on a rapid growth trajectory.  With significant investment in infrastrucutre, technology and brand, and with the recent events putting pressure on the big players within the industry our client is poised to embark on their next phase of growth.  As such this presents an exciting time to join their business and to take responsibility of the strategic direction they are looking to take from a Product perspective. 


 

Description

 
As Senior Product Manager your role will involve management of the existing porftolio across consumer and commercial mortgage products as well as personal loans.  However the focus will very much be on the development of the Product roadmap going forward; understanding the market and who the next generation customer is, identifying and then filling opportunities.   

As such this role would best suit an entrepreneurial blue sky thinker who thrives in an environment where you need to roll up your sleeves and be hands on.  Ideally you will have had exposure to Mortgage Products or Home Lending in a Product, Risk, Pricing or funding capacity and will be looking to take your next step.  You will be comfortable building relationships across a business, particularly with C level stakeholders including the CEO and will be excited by the opportunity to work in an environment where you have true ownership and a breadth of responsibility.
