• 10-15 years of relevant experience – Sector focus: Energy, Renewable Energy, Power, Sustainability, Infrastructure
• Estimated salary range – SGD150-220k annum base (with variable bonus on top)

 
Responsibilities:

• Lead origination, underwriting, evaluation and due diligence of renewable energy opportunities & investments across Asia Pacific
• Structure and execute cross-border investment transactions
• Sustain and build a pipeline of strong networks through various channels
• A to Z (end-to-end) coordination and execution of full transactions, working together with various counterparts including commercial, financial, and legal workstreams
• Market research and financial analysis on industry peers, tracking developments in various geographies.
• Able to do financial modelling, business and commercial reviews to support the development of investment decisions and strategic planning
• Work closely with senior level / c -suite level to formulate and execute business plans and investment strategy
• Mentor junior members of the team

 
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in business development / M&A/ investment / corporate development / strategy role focusing in the above sectors – Energy, Renewable Energy, Power, Infrastructure, Sustainability  
• Strong commercial acumen, strong analytical skills
• Able to engage senior level internal and external stakeholders
• Self -motivated, driven and resourceful
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and client management skills
• Good understanding of Asia Pacific markets, strong network to originate opportunities
• Team player
