Chandler Macleod is partnering with a leading global resources company to offer an exciting early-career opportunity for a Specialist – Workplace & Travel, supporting corporate offices across an international footprint.

You’ll be joining a collaborative and supportive team, working client-side and gaining hands-on experience across facilities management, workplace services, safety, and travel coordination—while being mentored by experienced leaders.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting the delivery of safe, compliant and high-quality workplace and facilities services across corporate offices
  • Working closely with a Facilities Service Provider to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Assisting with contractor performance, asset tracking and service delivery outcomes
  • Contributing to workplace safety initiatives, reporting and continuous improvement
  • Supporting internal stakeholders with queries around workplace services and processes
  • Assisting with budget tracking, forecasting and reporting
  • Helping coordinate workplace-related projects and change initiatives
About You
You’re motivated, curious and ready to take the next step in your career. You enjoy working with people, solving problems and learning how businesses operate behind the scenes.

You’ll bring:
  • 1–2 years’ experience in facilities, property, corporate services or a similar environment
  • A relevant degree (ie. Bachelor in Facilities Management or Commerce)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good attention to detail and an interest in systems and processes
  • SAP experience and strong budget management capability
