Job Summary:

Hudson RPO is seeking a proactive and driven Recruiter (French speaker) to support one of our global clients. This hybrid role, based in Edinburgh, will partner closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and onsite stakeholders to deliver seamless end-to-end recruitment solutions—with a particular focus on hiring across France.
We’re looking for someone with a growth mindset, a can-do attitude, and a genuine interest in learning. Whether you’ve recruited across technical, corporate, or commercial roles, what matters most is your willingness to be trained, adapt quickly, and build trusted relationships with your stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer stage across various functions and geographies, particularly in France.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, providing advice on market trends, hiring strategies, and best practices.
Sourcing Talent: Use a variety of sourcing channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct approaches.
Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate interaction reflects professionalism and care, contributing to a positive employer brand.
Continuous Learning: Stay curious and open to learning—whether it’s tools, markets, or new recruitment techniques.

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in recruitment (in-house, agency, or RPO), ideally with exposure to both technical and business support roles.
Fluency in French (spoken and written) is required, as the role will involve regular communication with candidates and hiring teams in France.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Comfortable using recruitment systems and online sourcing tools.
Most importantly: a willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative.
